On Friday morning, the day before the 2007 MSDGC, the final five* spots in the Pro Open division will be awarded to the five best scores during the Five Spots Standing tournament.
The top five players will join an elite group of disc golfers who have qualified for the MSDGC at the eleventh hour, including 2005 MSDGC Champion Kevin McCoy.

Five Spots Standing registration list will also serve as the waiting
list** for the 2007 MSDGC Open Division. Registration for this Friday
morning event will open on April 1st, 2007. |
| Five Spots players are not eligible for the Ace Skins. They may compete in the Thursday Birdie Skins Qualifier, but they can only compete in the Birdie Skins if they qualify for the MSDGC via the Five Spots tournament. |
| Five Spots qualifiers will need to pay $125 to complete their registration. |
